Rain Rain go away

Well this is week 2 of the rain. I think our house is going to float away. The water is standing everywhere. The poor horses are in a lake and I keep looking for some fish to swim around soon. I never remember it raining like this. I know we need it but can we not have it in moderation. Looking foward to some good old sunshine. The girls have cabin fever but Gracie never fails to amaze me. She played forever in the rain yesterday with her muck boots and umbrella along with the dog. Little Emmie wanted to go so bad in her flip flops. Maybe I will break down and let her, what could it hurt?
